Ravelston Clark has invested heavily in research and testing of new ways to recruit, leveraging new technology, automation and the most effective methods of building an adaptable, resilient workforce.
The world of work is changing faster than ever before. Advances in technology, AI and automation are going to change the employment landscape and introduce unparalleled opportunity for creativity and innovation for a new generation of workers.
To provide the infrastructure, deliver change and transform new ways of working, businesses will need people who are: adaptable, resilient, self-aware and fully engaged.
Ravelston Clark is a people consultancy. We offer two distinct, complementary services:

We work with businesses to identify, assess and recruit the top people for their HR and change management positions, enabling them to deliver amidst world-class competition.

We provide access to skilled and professional temporary and contract staff, helping businesses smooth over challenges.

We offer a range of coaching and development services. We provide business consultancy to support companies looking to build on their talent, L&D, engagement and people policies.

We offer career coaching services to individuals looking to move on, move up or completely change their career.

Marina Jamieson
Managing Director

After working in roles in financial services, operations, recruitment and change, she founded Ravelston Clark to be a consultancy with a different approach.

The world of work is complex, evolving and there is a lot of uncertainty and opportunity ahead of us. New technology, AI and automation will open up new ways of working. It does not mean that 'robots will take our jobs', it means we, as people, will be released to do more creative, meaningful and rewarding work - if we are able to open our minds to this shift.

To ensure future success and stability, companies need to have strong HR and people teams and a confident, resilient workforce.

To meet these needs, she has expanded the focus of Ravelston Clark to be a people and performance consultancy. This means we are able to help you recruit the best people, then help them get to the next level of performance.

She lives near Edinburgh with her daughter, partner and their dog.

The spare time she has is taken up with trying to get fit (not sure I can really say that, Pilates does involve a lot of lying down!) and taking her daughter to interesting places (doesn't always work 8 year olds can be very harsh!)
